We, Orchid N Petals aim to deliver the best quality products & give our 100% professional services.
We inspect each product very carefully before it leaves for packaging. We also do our utmost to package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on its way.
Easy Refund or Replacement
Once an order has been delivered and accepted, we are unable to process a refund.
If your order is received damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
If the product does not meet your expectations or specifications, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- If the product delivered is completely different from what you ordered and no prior notice was provided, please let us know.
- Returns for products in the Plants and Pots category will only be accepted if they are damaged or defective. A refund will only be issued if a replacement for the same item is unavailable.
- If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide the product image and your order ID, using your registered mobile number or email address. If the issue is not reported within this time frame, it will not be processed. We will either initiate a refund or send a replacement depending on the situation.
Cancellation Conditions:
- Cancellations can only be processed if the request is made within 3 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order has been processed by our operations team and is scheduled for shipment, no changes will be accepted.
- If there is a change in the plant or product, we may still guide and help you, depending on the situation, as long as the item has not been shipped from our warehouse.
Please Note: Being live plants, they may show signs of stress or may appear a bit dull due to the transit process. Rest assured, with adequate sunlight and proper watering, they will bounce back and regain their healthy appearance.
